Safe Environment Training at Holy Trinity for everyone who works/volunteers with youth or vulnerable individuals.
 
The 2002 Charter of the U.S. Bishops for the Protection of Children and Youth and the policy of the Archdiocese of San Antonio mandate that everyone whose ministry involves youth or vulnerable individuals must undergo a criminal background check and attend, without exception, Safe Environment training.  Completed training is good for a three-year period.  The criminal background check and training must be renewed every three years. If you work/volunteer with youth and have not yet had a criminal background check or completed Safe Environment training, or if it has been more than three years since your last Safe Environment training, please be conscientious in fulfilling your ministry's training obligation.
