OUR SISTER PARISH ST. TIMOTHY'S CATHOLIC
CHURCH
In Matthew 25:31-46, We read..
"…The upright will say: Lord, when did we see you hungry
and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see you a
stranger and make you welcome, lacking clothes and clothe you? When
did we find you sick or in prison and go to see you? And the King
will answer; in truth I tell you, in so far as you did it to one of
these brothers of mine, you did it to me….".
Our ongoing relationship with St. Timothy's Catholic
Church, located on the west side of San Antonio, allows us the opportunity
to reach out personally to the needy.
Each month our parishioners donate approximately 75
pounds of nonperishable food, 600 pounds of serviceable new and used
clothing, as well as furniture, appliances, and household items.
This is in addition to an annual massive "Angel Tree"
project at Christmas time.
Our parishioners also can participate in the "Adopt-A-Family"
program, making a positive difference in the life of a needy St. Timothy
family by becoming a sponsor or support family. For additional information
on this program, please see the "Adopt-A-Family web page.
If you have any bulky items that you are willing to
